Returns & Exchanges
If you want to change an over product, you can do it up to 14 calendar days after the date of delivery of it. The product must be in perfect condition and packed in its original packaging. In case the product is used, it will not proceed to change.
Important: Earrings can not be changed for hygiene reasons. Neither custom jewelry with engravings like the necklace and the ring toile him. We recommend that before making the purchase, the ring carving is checked well.
If you want to request the change, you will be able to contact us by typing email "email@example.com" and tell us your name, reference of the order and the reasons why you want to change the item. At once we will provide you with a shipping address. You must send the article in the same wrapping in which it is up to and including everything that was in it.
- In the case of making a change, it must do so by an article of equal or higher cost to which it had acquired first.
- In the case of wanting a refund, the total price of the product will be reimbursed.
- The expenses of return and back shipping will be borne by the buyer. In this way, the buyer must send the package to our offices under your responsibility and cost.
- The shipping price will not be reimbursed when the purchase has not exceeded € 60 in Spain. € 100 in Europe I € 120 in the rest of the world.
Return of a defective item.
In the unlikely event that a product reaches damaged, you must contact us within a period equal to or less than 24 hours after receiving the itself attaching a photograph of the article.
Our team will contact you as soon as possible and will indicate the steps you must follow to return it. Once you have completed the steps you indicate, we will send you the same product completely free.
The refund of the damaged item must be carried out within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Once these 7 days have elapsed, you will not be able to make the refund.
Item damaged by foreign cause within the warranty period.
All our products are guaranteed 29 days from the delivery of it. However, if your product has been damaged by reasons alien to the company (poorly care of the jewel, contact of the same with abrasive products, abrupt treatment to the same or fall) will not proceed to make your change.
Item acquired in promotion periods.
In case of returning the acquired pieces, any acquired product is also returned for free. In case the person wants to stay with he can do it but the amount of the price of this will not be returned.
