How long does my order take to process and send?
We want you to have your jewelry at home as soon as possible, so your order will be processed, prepared and sent in less 24 hours.
The order shipping time may vary depending on the place from which you do. You can consult it in the section of "Shipping and deliveries”.
Do you send everyone?
Yes. We try not to leave us any corner of the world in which they can not receive our jewels. International customers may be subject to pay for tariffs and customs taxes. In that case, red sand will not take care of the costs.
Does the product that I bought?
All red sand products have a 29-day warranty. If you think your product does not comply with everything we had promised you can contact us, explain the situation and attach some photographs.
If your product has been damaged by causes alien to the company (poorly care of the jewel, contact of it with abrasive products or fall among others) we will not be responsible for it.
Our customer service team will provide you with the steps to follow to obtain a refund in the event that the article does not comply with what is promised.
Are the rings adjustable?
We are the first jewelry specialized in adjustable rings. We do not believe in ring carvings because our fingers do not maintain a fixed size during the period of one year.
Climatological conditions can make our fingers thicker in summer, which could count the circulation of the finger if the ring squeezes and thinner in winter, which could make the ring go great and lose it.
Therefore, all our rings are adjustable to any finger size.
What are the red sand jewelry made?
In red sand we only design and put at your reach of jewelry of the highest quality bathed in 24 carat gold and 18 carat. Its finishes and their engravings are made artisanally with the latest techniques in artisanal jewelry.
