The orders that come from the Canary Islands will need to provide a number of DNI or passport as long as the package can pass the customs of the corresponding country and reaches the client's home without any problem. This information will not be used, in none of the cases, by red sand Jewelry if it will not be used for the transport company to present the appropriate documentation and avoid external costs.

You must bear in mind that it is possible that during times of high demand such as Christmas, sales or national holidays we could take between one or two days to process your order. That is why we recommend that during these dates you do your order in advance.

Shipping

If you want to make a shipping address change, you must Notify it immediately to our email.

In case the package has already been issued to the address that was indicated, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

IMPORTANT. Absence at the delivery address.

The shipping company makes 3 attempts at home delivery, in case the recipient is not at home in any of those attempts to deliver the package is returned to the red sand offices. The company will not be responsible for all those orders that are returned by delivery impossibility.

In the event that this happens and that the customer wants the order to be forwarded, this must take over the new shipping costs. Once the customer does the charge of these expenses the package will be forwarded to the address indicated.

In any case, the client may choose to return the products and proceed to make a refund of the amount of the articles.

In case of delivery impossibility at home, in some localities such as Balearic or Canary Islands the package is deposited in a location delivery office. The client must go to pick up the package to that office in the following 15 working days.

Red sand will not be responsible for all those packages that have not been collected in those 15 business days at the post office because all the packages deposited there do not return to the sender.
